Zero Waste
For our planet, for our future.
In the fall of 2017, the Zero Waste Cafeteria Project officially went into action. Inspired by Cafeteria Culture, our founders, Ella Comerford-Barnett and Sophie Raes, as well as their mentor, Kristina Hulvershorn, launched the Zero Waste Cafeteria Project at Rousseau McClellan in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since then, they have talked with other schools to try and expand their project.

The Zero Waste Cafeteria Project aims to reduce waste by recycling and food rescue. Check out the video below for more information!
